Terms & Conditions
By using Invoice Maker by DSource360 you agree to these terms.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of Invoice Maker by DSource360 (in-app: DSource360 Invoice; Pro: Invoice Maker Pro), related websites at invoice.dsource360.com, and public shared-invoice pages (the “Service”) operated by DSource360. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The primary client today is the Android app. An iOS app and a signed-in web app may be offered later; these Terms will apply when those surfaces launch unless we publish updated terms.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for business data you enter (clients, invoices, tax fields, payment records).
- Guest / offline use is allowed; syncing to the cloud requires a signed-in account and a working connection.
- Notify us promptly at support@invoice.dsource360.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. The Service
We provide tools to create, manage, preview, and share invoices and estimates, record payments and expenses, generate PDFs, and (when signed in) sync or back up your data. Features differ by Free vs Invoice Maker Pro. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation.
The app helps you record invoices and payments. It is not a payment processor, payment gateway, money transmitter, lender, bank, accountant, tax advisor, or tax-filing service. Tax presets and labels are optional helpers only — you alone are responsible for correct tax treatment, filing, and compliance in your jurisdiction. We do not collect or remit tax on invoices you send to your clients.
4. Subscriptions & payments
- Invoice Maker Pro is sold as auto-renewing subscriptions (for example weekly, monthly, or annual) through Google Play on Android. Prices, currency, trial length (if any), and offers shown in the store are authoritative.
- Apple App Store and web (Stripe) checkout may be added when those platforms launch; until then they are not available.
- Entitlements are verified with our servers after the store confirms a purchase. A modified, cracked, or sideloaded client does not grant Pro access to cloud or server-gated features.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in the store settings before the renewal date. Manage and cancel under your Google Play account (Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your Account does not cancel the store subscription by itself.
- Free plan limits (creates, clients, items, watermarked PDF, limited templates) are shown in the app paywall. Hitting a limit does not delete your existing invoices.
- There is no Lifetime plan at launch. Refunds follow our Refund Policy and the applicable store’s rules.
5. Advertising and the Free tier
The Free tier may display third-party advertisements (Google AdMob). Invoice Maker Pro removes ads for the duration of a verified subscription or grant. Ad content is provided by Google and other advertisers; we do not control every creative. Do not rely on ads as part of your invoice document. Ads are not shown on PDF preview or while you are editing an invoice.
We may enable or disable individual ad placements remotely. Misuse (invalid clicks, incentivizing others to click ads) may result in account limits.
6. Your content & backups
You retain ownership of invoices, clients, logos, and other content you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate the Service (including sync, PDF generation, and public share links you enable).
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data (export, PDF, or encrypted portable backup). We are not liable for data loss caused by device failure, uninstall, guest-mode wipe, or failure to export before account deletion.
7. Public share links
If you create a public share link or QR for an invoice, you control what recipients can see. You must not share confidential client data unless you intend those recipients to access it. You are responsible for PIN, expiry, and revocation settings you choose. We may disable links that abuse the Service or create security risk.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or spam
- Attempt to bypass subscription, security, or tenant controls
- Abuse, scrape, or overload public share links or APIs
- Reverse engineer or disrupt the Service except as allowed by law
- Upload malware or infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy rights
- Misrepresent that we are your bank, accountant, or tax authority
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff
9. Intellectual property
The app, branding, invoice templates we supply or license, documentation, and software are owned by DSource360 or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our templates or software except as expressly allowed in the app.
10. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with Google Play, Google Sign-In, Firebase, Cloudflare, and other providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
11. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT INVOICE TOTALS, TAX HELPERS, OR PDF OUTPUT WILL MEET LEGAL OR ACCOUNTING REQUIREMENTS IN YOUR JURISDICTION.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DSource360 and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, even if advised of the possibility.
Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD 50. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including certain consumer rights).
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify DSource360 against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your tax or invoicing practices, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law — except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Delete account). After you confirm deletion, a short sign-in cancellation window applies, then erasure proceeds per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, risk, non-payment, or legal requirements. Provisions that should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Service and delete your account. Where permitted by law, continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@invoice.dsource360.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. Courts located in Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring claims in your home courts.
17. General
- Entire agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- Severability: If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Force majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
