Refund Policy
How refunds and cancellations work for Invoice Maker Pro.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers paid Invoice Maker Pro subscriptions. The Free plan has no subscription charge, so store refunds do not apply to Free use. There is no Lifetime plan at launch.
2. Store purchases (primary path)
Pro on Android is purchased through Google Play. Google’s refund rules and regional windows apply first and control most refunds. You can usually request a refund from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (or the Play order email) within Google’s stated period.
When an Apple App Store or web checkout option launches, refunds for those channels will follow Apple’s or our web checkout rules and will be described here before those channels go live.
3. Our goodwill assistance (30 days)
If you are not satisfied within 30 days of a qualifying Pro purchase, email support@invoice.dsource360.com with:
- Account email used in the app
- Store used (Google Play)
- Approximate purchase date and order / transaction ID if available
- Short reason for the request
We review goodwill requests in good faith and typically respond within 1–2 business days. Where the store controls the refund, we may guide you to complete the store flow or escalate with the store when appropriate. Where we control a future web checkout, we aim for a full refund of that purchase when the request is made within 30 days and the account is not abusive.
This goodwill assistance does not guarantee a refund when the store has already declined, the window has expired, or fraud is suspected. It also does not create a contractual right beyond what applicable store policy or consumer law already provides.
4. Cancellation vs refund
Cancelling auto-renew stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions before the renewal date.
After a refund or expiry, the app returns to Free limits (including PDF watermark on new shares where applicable); your invoice history is kept unless you delete your account.
We generally do not offer prorated mid-period refunds for unused time on weekly, monthly, or annual plans once store rules no longer allow a refund — unless required by law or approved as goodwill.
5. Consumer law
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country (for example cooling-off rights for certain digital purchases, where they apply and have not been lawfully waived). Google Play purchases are also subject to Google’s consumer terms for your region.
6. What we cannot always reverse
- Refunds already declined or expired under store policy
- Abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or repeated bad-faith requests
- Purchases made on a different store account than the one contacting us
- Free-plan usage or features that were never charged
7. Account deletion & billing
Deleting your Invoice Maker by DSource360 account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in Play first (or as well) to stop renewals. See Delete account.
